Inspired by Chef Eyal Shani’s admiration for the region, its culture, its women, its markets, its elemental flavors, Bella expresses Italian tradition through a Mediterranean point of view. 

Bella is both a character and a culinary philosophy. She’s the Italian woman who has been stirring pots, rolling pasta, and feeding people her entire life. Warm. Confident. Vibrant. Her spirit shapes the food, the atmosphere, and the way guests are welcomed. 

At Liberty Park Hotel, Bella becomes something new: Italian warmth, Mediterranean craft, and Miami Beach electricity served under sunlight and starlight.

Chef Eyal Shani

Born in Jerusalem in 1959, Shani grew up immersed in vineyards, markets, and the culinary rhythms of the shuk. His Moroccan and Iraqi roots shaped his palate, while his grandfather, an agronomist and devoted vegan, taught him to understand vegetables like living beings. 

From his first restaurant, Oceanus, to global icons including Miznon, HaSalon, Port Said, Malka, and more, Shani has built a worldwide reputation for transforming simple ingredients into emotional, expressive food. 

Bella is his first-ever concept devoted to Italian cuisine, filtered through the Mediterranean instincts that define his career.

Chef Neil Strauber

Born in Israel, mentored by Shani since competing on MasterChef Junior Israel at 14, and shaped by travels across Spain, Mexico, and the Basque Culinary Center, Neil Strauber brings youthful precision and global perspective to Bella. 

As Executive Chef, he channels Shani’s philosophy into handmade pasta, season-driven cooking, and dishes that feel both comforting and alive.
